National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to oversee the management of the Company’s power generation operations and lead organizational growth, performance and compliance.

| Key responsibilities | Strategic leadership and direction; ensuring operational performance of power plants; proactive introduction of innovations and efficiency measures; governance and stakeholder management; financial, operational and legal risk management; developing and executing HR/organisational strategies; driving continuous improvement. |
| Minimum qualifications | Graduate degree from a HEC-recognised institution in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics) registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, Finance, Commerce, Law, or equivalent. Membership of a recognized professional accounting body is acceptable where applicable. |
| Minimum experience | At least ten (10) years of demonstrated senior management experience, including governance and demonstrated leadership at a comparable level. Experience as Chief Executive or senior manager in organizations with commercial attributes is required. |
| Term | Initial performance-based contract for a term of three (3) years, extendable at the discretion of the Board of Directors. |
| Other requirements | Must meet Fit and Proper Criteria prescribed under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises framework. Maximum age on closing date: 58 years. Candidate must be a Pakistani national. Appointment subject to verification and approval procedures. |
