By order of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Mardan Cantonment: legal heirs of the late Qamar Sultana have submitted an application for succession and transfer of the property recorded as Plot No. 230, Survey No. 135077 (area 2230) located in Sadar Bazaar, Mardan Cantonment. The application was filed under registration No. 1912 on 18/01/2025 by applicants including Ahmed Rizvi and other legal heirs.
Any person or institution with an objection must submit it in writing to the Cantonment Board office within the period specified in this notice; otherwise, after the expiry of that period no objection will be accepted and the property will be transferred to the named/legal heirs as proposed.
