National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has admitted a tariff petition filed by the Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) for the 300 MW Balakot Hydropower Project and will hold a hearing on the petition.

Hearing and participation
The Authority will conduct a hearing on 2026-07-02 at 02:00 PM at NEPRA Tower, Islamabad. The hearing will also be accessible online via Zoom (Meeting ID: 892 6744 1716).
Interested parties and affected persons may file interventions or comments. Any person may file comments within seven (7) days of this publication and may seek to participate in the hearing. Requests to intervene should state the interest of the intervener and the grounds of the intervention. The Authority may place reasonable conditions on participation.
