Services Hospital, Lahore (Medical Superintendent) invites interested individuals, firms or companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in an e-Auction for the hospital parking areas for a period of one year (fiscal year 2026-27).
Eligibility & application method: Registered individuals/firms/companies may apply through the official e-Auction Portal. Applicants must upload required documents and a copy of the Earnest Money instrument on the portal. The original Earnest Money instrument (Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker's cheque) must be submitted physically to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, Services Hospital, Lahore, within ten days of announcement of evaluation results.

Financial terms & other requirements: Reserve price for this auction is PKR 2.5 million for one year. Earnest money is 10% of the reserve price, payable as CDR/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker's cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Services Hospital, Lahore. The successful applicant will be responsible for parking management of all vehicle types entering the hospital (motorcycles, cars, rickshaws, pickups, trucks, Mazdas etc.), ensuring systematic traffic flow, safety and security.
