Public Notice: Re-verification and Correction of Land Records — Taluka Thana Bula Khan, Jamshoro

Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Thana Bula Khan, District Jamshoro issues a public notice regarding a special province-wide re-verification, review and correction of land records initiated under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. The Board of Revenue Sindh has directed re-writing and rectification of records as part of a project to convert records into a secure, transferable computerized system linked to Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs).

Any landholder (Khatadar) who has objections concerning name, survey number, ownership of land or any other matter for the listed survey/field numbers in Deh Koh-Trash, Tappo Pial, Taluka Thana Bula Khan, District Jamshoro may file their objection in writing at the office of the Mukhtiarkar or the Assistant Commissioner Taluka Thana Bula Khan within fifteen (15) days of this notice. If no objection is filed within this period, records will be rewritten in the names of rightful claimants/landholders. Landholders whose CNIC is missing or incorrect are requested to bring their CNIC so correct identity information can be incorporated into the new record register.
