Issuer: Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Ghorabari. Purpose: Board of Revenue Sindh has ordered a special review (rewriting and verification) of the Record of Rights (Haqooq ke Record) under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967 for Deh Dandari, Taluka Ghorabari, District Thatta. The review/rewriting is being carried out to maintain correct, digitized land records and to ensure accuracy and integrity of rights and entries.
Action required: Any person having objections regarding the names of khatedars (landholders), survey numbers, area of land (property), ownership, survey number, land, or any other matter in Deh Dandari should file their objections in writing at the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Ghorabari within 15 days from publication of this notice. If no objection is filed within the prescribed period, the recorded claimant names will be finalized for rewriting.
