| Key Skills | SME/Commercial financing, trade finance, banking regulations and market dynamics, team leadership, multitasking, target management, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). |
| Main Responsibilities | Lead SME Wing operations; supervise Unit Heads; manage end-to-end SME financing portfolio including general, seasonal and specialized financing; set growth targets, sector focus and portfolio mix; ensure timely processing and approval of SME credit proposals in coordination with Head Office; monitor portfolio quality and market/regulatory developments; support policy reviews and escalation of problem accounts; performance management and mentoring of staff; other assignments as required. |
