NPPMCL EOI for Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors for Three-Year Term

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest from reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for a three-year engagement commencing FY 2026–2027. Appointment will follow Quality and Cost Based Selection under the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010; an RFP will be issued only to shortlisted firms.

EOIs signed by a partner with authenticated documentary evidence must be submitted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 24 July 2026, 11:00 AM (EOIs opened the same day at 11:30 AM). Key eligibility requirements include valid sales tax and income tax registration, ICAP QCR rating, minimum 20 years’ practice, audit experience of listed companies, public sector and energy sector clients over the last three years, at least 15 Chartered Accountants and eight partners on staff by 31 December 2025.
