NPPMCL Seeks Expression of Interest for Statutory (External) Auditors — 3-Year Appointment from FY 2026-2027

The National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest from reputable Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for a three-year term starting FY 2026-2027. NPPMCL operates RLNG-based power plants at Balloki (District Kasur) and Haveli Bahadur Shah (District Jhang). RFPs will be issued only to shortlisted firms.

Firms must submit an EOI signed by a partner on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 24 July 2026, 11:00 AM (EOIs opened same day at 11:30 AM). Key eligibility includes valid sales tax and income tax registration; proof of qualification under section 247(a) of the Companies Act 2017; Audit Oversight Board eligibility; minimum 20 years’ practice with satisfactory ICAP QCR rating; audit experience for at least five listed companies, three public sector/government-owned companies, and three energy-sector companies in each of the last three years; at least 15 Chartered Accountants and eight partners employed by 31 December 2025 and maintained thereafter.
