National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and manage the company’s power generation operations, strategy, corporate governance and stakeholder engagement. The selected candidate will be appointed on a performance-based contract for a term of three (3) years, extendable at the discretion of the Board.

Minimum Qualifications	Graduate degree from an HEC-recognized university in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Commerce, or Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics) registered with Pakistan Engineering Council; or equivalent discipline. Professional qualifications in management or accounting are desirable.
Minimum Experience	Demonstrated senior management experience of at least ten (10) years in commercial, industrial, corporate or government bodies with relevant managerial responsibilities; or Experience as a Chief Executive or senior executive in organizations with commercial attributes; or Head of a government/ semi-government organization, professional institute, or department.
Age Limit	Maximum 58 years on the closing date of application
Key Responsibilities	Provide strategic leadership and direction to company power generation operations. Develop and implement business plans aligned with government energy policies and regulatory frameworks. Ensure operational oversight of O&M contractors, plant performance, safety, and compliance. Strengthen corporate governance, stakeholder engagement and communications with government and regulators. Oversee financial management, reporting, risk mitigation and implementation of Board directives.
Selection Criteria & Attributes	Fit & Proper criteria as prescribed (Schedule-IV) for State-Owned Enterprises. Strategic foresight, regulatory acumen, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, team building and change management capabilities.
