Ignite (Pakistan Startup Fund) Pre-Qualification – Air Travel Agency Services (Deadline 2026-07-07)

Issuer: Ignite – Pakistan Startup Fund (PSF). Ignite invites proposals for pre-qualification of licensed, registered and well-reputed firms to provide air travel agency services for the Pakistan Startup Fund program.

Scope & Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms to provide air travel agency services for Ignite/PSF, including booking, ticketing and related travel management services for program staff and activities.

Key Eligibility & Requirements:

• Firm must be licensed/registered and well reputed.
• Must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
• GST registration where applicable.
• Must be registered/a member of IATA or an accredited travel agency.
• Must demonstrate market reputation and relevant prior experience as specified in the Pre-Qualification Document.

Submission Method & Deadlines:

• Proposals must be submitted via the EPADS 2.0 system as per the published Pre-Qualification.
• Submission deadline: 2026-07-07 by 15:00 hours (3:00 PM).
• Proposals will be opened on the same day at 15:30 hours (3:30 PM).
