THQ Hospital Gujar Khan Framework Tender for Laboratory Items 2026-27

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Gujar Khan.

Purpose: Framework tender for procurement of laboratory items for the year 2026-27. Interested, financially sound firms/agencies on the active taxpayer list of FBR are invited to submit sealed electronic bids.

Submission method: Bidding documents available free at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the e-procurement system (EPADS/eprocure); manual submission of bids is not allowed. Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Two Envelope) under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014, amended up to 2020.

Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost of each lot. Bid security must be in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The physical copy of the bid security must also be deposited in the office of the undersigned in addition to uploading.

Important dates and conditions:

• Closing / submission deadline: 2026-07-08. A firm representative must reach the office with the bid security by 09:30 AM on 2026-07-08.
• Bid opening: 10:30 AM on 2026-07-08 in presence of bidders' representatives.
• Bid validity: Until 2027-06-30, extendable for 3 months depending on performance.
• Taxes will be deducted from invoices as per applicable government rules.
• Bidding documents also available on Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website.
