Cantonment Board Wah Cantt Notice: Proposed Transfer of Rights for Property No. 569-C (Survey No. 16, Lala Rukh)

The Office of the Cantonment Board Wah Cantt notifies that, per its records, property No. 569-C (Survey No. 16) at Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt, standing in the name of Anwar Hussain Khan (son of Ali Hussain Khan; deceased 1995-12-19) and his wife Saeeda Bano (deceased 1998-06-30) is the subject of an application for transfer of rights under CLA Rules 1937, Schedule IX-A.

The following persons have been declared legal heirs and have applied to have the property rights transferred in their names: Irfan Ahmed; Imran Khan (son of Anwar Hussain, deceased); Asifa Hasrat; Zahra Bano; Asma Zia; Farzana Yasmin (daughter of Anwar Hussain). Any person or institution with an objection must submit it with supporting evidence to the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantt, within 15 days of this notice's publication; otherwise the board will proceed and subsequent appeals will not be accepted.
