CDA E-Bids: Horticulture Improvement / Rehabilitation of Major Islamabad Roads — 4 Packages (Deadline 2026-07-10)

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis (per PPRA Rule 36(b)) for four horticulture improvement and rehabilitation works in Islamabad. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid registration in the relevant category and Project Code CE-10(v) for the year 2025-26 and must satisfy qualification requirements in the bidding documents.

Key submission details: Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-07-10 at 11:30 hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic technical bids will be opened via E-PADS on the same day at 12:00 hrs in the presence of bidders’ authorized representatives at the office of the Director General Environment (Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad). Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Scanned copies of bid security must be uploaded to E-PADS in PDF; original bid security must be provided to the office of Director (P&CA)-I, CDA before or at submission.
