Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority, Lahore — Invitation for E-Bids for Construction of Mandi Mart and Vegetable Market (Okara)

Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority, Lahore is announcing an Invitation for E-Bids (E-Tender) for construction works including the Construction of a Mandi Mart and a Vegetable Market at Market, Depalpur Road, Okara. Eligible contractors/firms/suppliers registered on the e-PADS portal as per Regulation-7(1), having the relevant specialty codes in the bidding document and active taxpayer status (BR/NTN/PNTN), may bid. The advertisement shows an estimated cost of Rs.6,089,726,475 with earnest money of Rs.304,486,323 and a project completion time limit listed as 31.12.2027. Bidders must quote rates against each DNIT/BOQ entry (no blank DNIT/BOQs), fully complete rate analysis/summary pages, and observe a bid validity of 120 days.

Bidding documents will be available for free download on the e-PADS portal from 2026-06-30. Technical and financial E-Bids must be submitted through e-PADS; however, bidders are required to submit the bid security (preferably Bank Guarantee in favour of the Director Agriculture Marketing Development Fund) physically to the tender opening committee on or before the opening of E-Bids.
