Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-I), Karachi has issued a proclamation requiring the appearance of the accused, Jalal Din s/o Haji Gul Kamal, who is alleged to have committed offences under Sections 2(s), 16 and 157(2) of the Customs Act, 1969.
