Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope) for grant of lease rights on multiple prime Pakistan Railways land parcels on a lease model. Leases are offered for mix-use commercial, shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, IT parks, hotels, hospitals/healthcare, 3-S dealerships, retail outlets and food outlets.
Key commercial terms: Lease period 21 years (extendable for another 21 years); annual rent escalation 8% compound; mobilization period 24 months from date of possession; building construction to follow local construction bye-laws. Bidders must submit separate sealed bids and bid security for each site.
