Public Notice: Proposed Leasehold Transfer of Plot No.24, Risalpur Cantt

The Military Estates Office, Peshawar Circle notifies that Plot No.24, Survey No.76/24, Risalpur Cantt, held on lease under Sch-IX-C of the CLA Rules, 1937 in the name of Mst Tasleem Begum, is proposed to be mutated/transferred in favour of her husband Ajmal Khan by way of oral gift.

Any person having objections to the proposed transfer must file them within 15 days from the publication of this notice; objections submitted after the notified period will not be entertained.
