Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for grant of lease rights for design, finance, build, operate and transfer (DFBOT) model of Modern Retail Complex (fuel station & allied facilities, EV charging station, international/national food chain outlets, convenience store/mart and pharmacy) at multiple railway-owned sites nationwide.
Key terms: Lease period 21 years (extendable for another term of 21 years); annual increase in rent 8% compound; mobilization period 12 months from date of possession; bidders shall quote offers against the Benchmark of One-Time Non-Refundable Commitment Fee and Annual Rent. Bid documents available on PPRA and REDAMCO websites and from REDAMCO head office.

Submission of bids: On or before 2026-09-21 at 02:00 PM.
Technical bid opening: 2026-09-21 at 02:30 PM.
Submission requirements: Bids must be submitted using REDAMCO prescribed Bid Forms issued by REDAMCO and accompanied by the required Bid Security (separate for each site) in the form of Bank Draft/Crossed Pay Order in the name of "RAILWAY ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING COMPANY (PVT) LTD". Bidders may obtain further information from Manager Procurement, REDAMCO.
