Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids through the E-PADS v2.0 portal for disposal of redundant 132kV and 66kV transmission-line materials. Submission deadline: 09.07.2026 by 10:30 a.m.; bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the same date. Bids will be opened and evaluated by the IESCO Disposal Committee. Bidders must upload mandatory documents on E-PADS (http://www.vendor.epads.gov.pk/login) and submit bid security as specified.

How to apply / key requirements
- Submit bids only through E-PADS v2.0 (online portal). Upload all mandatory documents and required information on the portal before the closing time.
- Bid security / earnest money to be submitted in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee as mentioned against each lot and valid for 120 days.
- E-bidding is on an "as is where is" basis. Bidders may inspect the transmission lines/sites by coordinating with XEN SS&TL Division IESCO Rajjar (Contact: 0319-5990729) during office hours; inspection deadline noted as 08.07.2026.
- Bid validity: 120 days from the date of E-Bid opening.
- Successful bidder: Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be issued to the highest successful bidder; deposit of total amount within 21 working days and removal of material within specified working days thereafter (as per terms).
- Registration with FBR is mandatory; bidders must be active taxpayers.
- Applicable taxes: Advance 18% GST (if applicable) and 10% income tax or any other tax as levied by the Government will be deducted.
