Ministry of National Food Security & Research / Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) invites applications for two whole-time Member (MP-II) positions in the disciplines of Natural Resources and Animal Sciences. Suitable candidates must have strong leadership, research management experience and meet the academic and experience requirements below.

| Member (Natural Resources) | 01 | Ph.D. in relevant discipline from HEC-recognized university; First Division or CGPA ≥ 3.00 in highest degree (no more than one second division/Grade C in academic record); at least 20 years proven R&D experience in recognized research/higher education/public or private sector institutions; experience managing multidisciplinary teams; minimum 15 research publications in HEC-recognized refereed journals/books; demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, implementation and management of multidisciplinary agricultural research programs; ability to mobilize and utilize financial and human resources; strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; no dual nationality. |
| Member (Animal Sciences) | 01 | Same requirements as above (Ph.D., First Division/CGPA ≥ 3.00, ≥20 years relevant experience, minimum 15 HEC-recognized publications, leadership and management experience, resource mobilization skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills; no dual nationality). |
Other conditions: Appointment is whole-time for an initial period of three years, extendable up to a maximum of two additional years on an annual basis subject to satisfactory performance. Maximum age limit: 62 years as per Management Position Scales Policy-2020. Civil servants selected must resign or seek early retirement from their parent organization before joining. Nationality: Pakistani.
