The Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), Ministry of National Food Security & Research, Islamabad invites applications for two whole-time Management Positions (Member) in the disciplines of Natural Resources and Animal Sciences. Appointments are initially for three years, extendable on an annual basis up to a maximum period, subject to satisfactory performance.

| Member (Natural Resources) | 01 | Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university; first division or CGPA ≥ 3.00 in highest degree; not more than one second division/Grade C in academic record; minimum 20 years R&D/recognized research or higher-education experience (public/private sector) including multidisciplinary management; at least 15 research publications in HEC-recognized refereed journals/books; proven leadership in strategic planning, implementation and management of multidisciplinary agricultural research programs; ability to mobilize and utilize financial and human resources; strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; no dual nationality. |
| Member (Animal Sciences) | 01 | Same qualifications and experience requirements as above (Ph.D., 20 years relevant experience, ≥15 refereed publications, leadership and management experience, communication and interpersonal skills, no dual nationality). |
Other conditions: Maximum age limit 62 years as per Management Position Scales Policy-2020 (as amended). Civil/govt servants selected must resign or take early retirement from their parent cadre/organization before joining. Nationality: Pakistani.
