Ministry of National Food Security & Research / Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) invites applications for two senior management positions on Whole Time Member (MP-II) basis in the disciplines of Natural Resources and Animal Sciences. Appointments are on a contractual/management scale for qualified, experienced agricultural scientists with leadership experience in research and program management.

| Member (Natural Resources) | 01 | Ph.D. in relevant discipline from HEC-recognized university; first division or CGPA ≥3.00 in highest degree (with not more than one second division/Grade C in academic record); at least 20 years' proven R&D experience in research/higher-education or public/private sector; experience managing multidisciplinary teams; minimum 15 research publications in HEC-recognized refereed journals/books; demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, implementation and management of multidisciplinary agricultural research programs; ability to mobilize and utilize financial and human resources; strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; no dual nationality. |
| Member (Animal Sciences) | 01 | Same qualifications and experience as above applicable to Animal Sciences discipline: Ph.D., requisite publications and minimum 20 years' proven R&D/higher-education experience, leadership and program management capabilities; no dual nationality. |
Terms & Other Conditions: Appointments are initially for three years, extendable on an annual basis up to a further maximum period of two years subject to satisfactory performance. Maximum age limit: 62 years as per Management Position Scales Policy-2020. Civil servants selected through competitive process must resign from government service or seek early retirement before joining. Nationality: Pakistani.
