Ministry of National Food Security & Research / Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) invites applications for two Whole Time Member (MP-II) positions in the disciplines of Natural Resources and Animal Sciences.

Member (Natural Resources) — Whole Time Member (MP-II)	1	Ph.D. in relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university. First division or CGPA ≥ 3.00 in highest degree; no more than one second division or Grade C in academic record. At least 20 years proven experience in R&D organizations / recognized research or higher-education institutions (public or private), including experience managing multi-disciplinary groups of scientists and researchers. Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, implementation and management of multi-disciplinary agricultural research programs. Ability to mobilize and utilize financial and human resources effectively; strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; must not hold dual nationality.
Member (Animal Sciences) — Whole Time Member (MP-II)	1	Minimum 15 research publications in HEC-recognized refereed journals / books. Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, implementation and management of multi-disciplinary agricultural research programs. Demonstrated ability to mobilize and utilize financial and human resources effectively. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; must not hold dual nationality.

Other conditions: Appointment is initially for three years, extendable annually up to a maximum additional two years subject to satisfactory performance. Maximum age limit: 62 years (as per Management Position Scales Policy-2020). Civil servants selected must resign or seek early retirement/severance of connection with parent cadre/organization before joining. Nationality: Pakistani.
