Issuer: Office of the Chairman, Town Committee, Tando Muhammad Khan. Public auction (نیلامی) of municipal shops/leases will be conducted during 25 June 2026 – 29 June 2026. Interested bidders must submit required documents and earnest money as described below. Auctions/sessions will start at 11:00 AM on the stated dates at the Town Committee office.

Key instructions and conditions:

• All bidders must submit a copy of their CNIC with the bid. NTN/registration documents where applicable should also be provided.
• An earnest money/deposit of 10% of the quoted amount must be submitted along with the bid.
• The successful bidder will be required to complete payment/fulfil financial conditions within seven (7) days as per the auction terms.
• Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned according to the Town Committee procedure.
• The Town Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to cancel the auction process without assigning reasons.
