Invitation to Bid — Supply of One LNG Cargo to Pakistan LNG Limited (Delivery Port Qasim, June 2026)

Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) invites international suppliers to submit bids for the supply of one (01) cargo of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) on a Delivered Ex-Ship (DES) basis to Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan.

How to obtain bid documents: Bid documents may be obtained from the office of Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) in person or requested by email at [email protected] from the date of advertisement until 2026-06-04. The advertisement and documents are also available on PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) and PLL (www.paklng.com) websites.

Bid submission and opening: Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bid documents must reach the office of PLL at the addresses below on or before 14:00 PST on 2026-06-04. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 PST. PLL reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
