Tender: Manufacturing of RF Modules & Purchase of RF Cables — National Electronics Complex, Islamabad (Bid Close 2026-06-24)

National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (NECOP) invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure from manufacturers/suppliers in Pakistan registered with the Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for the supply of RF modules and RF cables for FY 2025-2026. Bidders must purchase bidding documents, submit bids with required earnest money, and follow the schedule and instructions below.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding documents (detailed terms, conditions and specifications) available from the NECOP office on submission of a written request on firm's letterhead and payment of non-refundable tender fee between 1000–1600 hrs on working days. Bidding documents also available on www.ppra.org.pk.

- Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 1% of the total bid value in favor of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit.

- Pre-bid meeting to address queries: 2026-06-10 at 11:00 hrs at NECOP HQ with technical representatives.

- All interested bidders must forward copies of CNICs of participating individuals and vehicle details by 2026-06-08 before 13:00 hrs to the address below.

- Procedure: Single Stage One Envelope. Bidders are requested to quote best and final prices; no negotiations will be allowed. NECOP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders (in part or whole) as per PPRA Rules 2004.
