Office of the Executive Engineer PWD, Highways Division Rawalakot (Azad Jammu & Kashmir) invites electronic bids under Single Stage–Single Envelope E-Bidding System for multiple construction, improvement, reconditioning and black-topping packages of approximately 30 km link roads per constituency. Bids must be submitted online in accordance with AJK Procurement Rules and Pakistan Engineering Council registration requirements for FY 2025-26.

- Bidding mode: E-bidding (login/username obtained from IT Section, Office of the Chief Engineer Highways (North), DHQ Muzaffarabad).
- Qualification: Contractors/Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the category shown against each package (C-5 & above for these works).
- Completion period: 24 months for each package.
