NPPMCL EOI: Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors for Three-Year Term

The National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for a three-year term commencing FY 2026-2027. RFPs will be issued only to shortlisted firms that provide authenticated documentary evidence of eligibility, including proof under Section 247(a) of the Companies Act 2017, entitlement under Audit Oversight Board (Operations) Regulations 2018, valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, minimum 20 years’ practice with satisfactory ICAP QCR rating, audit experience of at least five listed companies and three public sector companies in each of the last three years, audit experience of at least three energy sector companies in each of the last three years, at least 15 Chartered Accountants and at least eight partners employed by 31 December 2025.

Submit EOI signed by a partner via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) with all documentary evidence by 2026-07-24 at 11:00 AM; EOIs will be opened the same day on EPADS at 11:30 AM.
