NLC Pre-Qualification Notice for Contractors – Enlistment for Construction Works

National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites applications for pre-qualification/enlistment of contractors for construction works across Pakistan, including buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, sewerage, water supply, dams, hydropower, escalators, railway works, solar, electrical and telecom projects. Submit applications online via the Contractors Enlistment Portal on the NLC website (Registration tab) with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 by demand draft/pay order in favor of National Logistics Corporation - HQ Engrs Collection (upload the payment proof on the portal).

Applications must be uploaded before 11:30 am on the last working day of each month; submissions will be opened 30 minutes after closing in presence of applicants or their representatives. Already enlisted contractors need not reapply but may apply online for changes to financial limits/PEC enlistment category. Advertisement valid until 2026-12-31.
