Directorate General of Archaeology, Government of Punjab invites electronic bids from eligible firms with valid NTN & GST/PST registration for the purchase of miscellaneous items for Sher Singh Baradari, Lahore.

How to apply / submit bids

Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement portal (as listed) at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids will also be received through www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). The response time will be considered from date of advertisement on the authority website.

Earnest money / CDR

The CDR / Bank Guarantee of earnest money (as mentioned against the tender) shall be in favor of the Director General Archaeology and shall be made from Bank of the Punjab. Original instrument of CDR must be submitted in the office of Director General Archaeology, 60-H, Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore on or before the bid opening time.

Eligibility & procurement rules

Only firms with valid NTN and GST/PST registration are eligible. Procurement will be carried out as per PPRA rules 2014 (single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA rules 38(2)(a)). The bidder shall bid and supply all items of each LOT; bids will be calculated on the grand total of each LOT after arithmetical corrections. Non-compliance with bid conditions may render the bid non-responsive.

Supply & taxes

All items will be supplied and installed (where applicable) on site. No extra charges will be paid. All sorts of NOCs (if any) will be obtained by the bidder and charges will be borne by the bidder. Income Tax and GST deductions will be made according to latest FBR notifications.
