KP Irrigation Division Orakzai — E‑Bidding for Solarization & Solar-Based Irrigation Tube Wells (ADP 250066)

Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Irrigation Division, District Orakzai.

Purpose: Invitation for single-stage single-envelope electronic bids (EPAD system) for construction of solar-based irrigation tube wells and solarization of existing electric tube wells in the merged districts on need basis (ADP No. 250066).

Eligible bidders: Firms/contractors holding renewed enlistment and a valid PEC license for the year 2026-27, registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and appearing on the active taxpayer list of the Income Tax Department.

Key commercial requirements: Earnest money 2% of estimated cost; tender form / tender entry fee 0.03% of estimated cost (to be provided as separate CDR; non-refundable).

Bidding method and important dates: Single-stage, single-envelope e-bidding through the EPAD system. Deadline for submission: 2026-09-08 at 12:00 Noon; bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-27 at 11:30 AM in the office of the undersigned. Bid validity: 90 days.

Submission requirements: Original bank call deposit / earnest money instrument and sealed copies of attested documents including PEC registration, CNIC, NTN and KPRA registration must be furnished as instructed. Bids not complying with the specified conditions or lacking required documents/CDR will be rejected.
