Capital Development Authority (CDA) is holding an open auction of designated hotel plots in Islamabad on 23rd & 24th September 2026. Venue: Gandhara Citizen Club, F‑9 Park, Islamabad. Time: 10:00 AM.
Key terms and benefits:
- 1‑year flexible payment plan with a convenient schedule.
- Possession granted upon payment of 75% of the total amount (subject to provision of a valid bank guarantee from a local scheduled bank for the remaining amount).
- Building plan approval after payment of 25% deposit.
- 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days.
- Additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
- CDA to facilitate electric line shifting, sewerage upgradation, land clearance and other related services. An independent approach road will be provided for all hotels.
- Special facility for overseas investors: token issuance at least one day before auction; payments can be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local bank channels.
