RUDA Invitation for Bids — Infrastructure Development of Ravi Right Promenade (Lahore)

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure from eligible contractors for infrastructure development of a total 14.5 km Right Promenade along River Ravi in two packages. Works include construction of 3-lane dual carriageway, embankments, electrification, drainage, ancillary works and connectivity with Lahore Eastern Bypass (LEBP) as per approved specifications and standards.

Key conditions and notes:

- Procurement will follow RUDA Procurement Regulations 2022. Bidders must submit one bid per package (either individually or as a joint venture) and comply with the bidding documents.

- Payment for executed works shall be made on a 50% deferred payment basis in accordance with terms in the bidding documents.

- Bid security in the amount specified above must accompany the bid. Bid security must be in the form and from approved banks as described in the bidding documents.

- Bidding documents are available for purchase from RUDA on submission of a written application and requisite fee (non-refundable) at the office indicated below.

- Bidders may inspect and obtain further information from the Office of the Executive Director (Engineering Wing), RUDA. Technical bids will be opened at the stated time in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
