MES GE (Army)-II Okara Cantt Tender Notice — Multiple Civil & E&M Works (Up to Rs 4M)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (MES), GE (Army)-II, Okara Cantt. MES invites sealed tenders from contractors/firms enlisted with MES in Category E or above, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for various civil and electrical/mechanical works up to Rs 4 million.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Only firms/contractors enlisted with MES in Category E and above are eligible to apply.
• Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List.
• Firms not on MES approved lists may apply only on deposit of bid security (as specified in the notice) and must submit a certificate of works executed during the last two years and works in hand.

Submission & Opening:

• Applications for issuance of tender documents must be submitted to GE (Army)-II, Okara Cantt along with complete credentials as required in the notice.
• Tender documents will be issued only to firms whose credentials are found in order after scrutiny.
• Tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 11:30 hrs on the specified receipt date for each package and will be opened at 12:00 hrs on the same date (dates per tender package are listed in the official notice).
