Issuer: National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL). NPPMCL invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed tax consultancy firms with valid income tax and sales tax registration for appointment as Tax Advisor for two years (FY 2026-27 & FY 2027-28).
Scope: The Tax Advisor will provide corporate tax planning and advisory services, prepare and file tax returns, determine and ensure compliance with tax liabilities, represent the Company before tax authorities, and advise on tax law changes for NPPMCL’s operating power plants (Balloki, District Kasur and Haveli Bahadur Shah, District Jhang).
Submission: EOIs must be submitted on the prescribed proforma (PADS - V.2), duly signed by a Partner, together with documentary evidence. EOIs must reach the address below by 02 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. EOIs will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.

| Regulatory panels | Firms on SBP panel under Banking Companies Ordinance (Section 31(8)) or equivalent professional recognition preferred |
RFP issuance: A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued only to shortlisted firms that meet the advertised criteria. Shortlisted firms will be invited to submit full proposals per RFP instructions.
