Notice Inviting Tender — District Health Officer Shaheed Benazirabad

District Health Officer (DHO), Shaheed Benazirabad invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers or authorized distributors registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR/SRB for procurement/supply of drugs, medicines, consumables, laboratory and other items, miscellaneous & stationery items, printing & publication items and repair of transport for the financial year 2026-27 under Rule 46(2), Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure.

Important submission details:

• Submission method: Electronic bids only via EPADS. Manual/hard-copy bids will not be accepted.
• EPADS registration/submission link (as published): https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/ and https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration
• Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-06 by 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM at the District Health Office, Shaheed Benazirabad.
• Each quoted item must include the required Fixed Bid Security that must reach the Procuring Agency before the deadline.
• Prospective bidders must be registered on the ATL of FBR/SRB where applicable.
