MES Tender: Emergency Works for PAF Bases (Chaklala) — Bids Due 2026-10-05

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala). Tender Notice No. DW&CE/6002-Advt-Esl/62/E-6 dated 16 Sep 2026. Works are being tendered as Emergency Work under PPRA Rule 42-c[v] of 2004.

Scope: Provision of certain facilities at PAF bases (multiple packages). Estimated costs for each package are listed below.

How to apply: Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as shown at (Serial 9). Applications will be scrutinized; tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and who satisfy special conditions for the job and area. Tenders will only be issued to scrutinized contractors.

Submission and opening: The tender must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 Hrs on 05 Oct 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs on the same date. Contractors who desire may be present at the time of opening.

Eligibility and conditions: All contractors must certify in writing that they are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Only contractors borne on the approved list of MES in categories 'A' and 'B' with experience of this type should apply.

Additional requirements: Contractors shall provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a Government Department in any Court of Law and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.

Right to reject: The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
