Punjab Building Department E-Tender – Rehabilitation of Neuro & Ortho Block, Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat

Issuing Authority: Punjab Building Department (Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Gujrat) on behalf of the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle Gujrat invites e-tenders from eligible PEC-registered engineering firms / contractors for rehabilitation works at Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat (ADP No. 249 for FY 2026-27).

Eligibility & Submission: Bidders must be registered/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year and meet the required specialization codes. All contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and comply with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security (5% of the estimated cost) must be provided as specified in the tender documents (e.g., Call Deposit Receipt / Bank Guarantee) and other required original documents must be produced when requested. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted except as specified in the e-procurement rules.
