Tender: Purchase of Miscellaneous Items for Sher Singh Baradari, Lahore

Directorate General of Archaeology, Government of Punjab invites electronic bids from eligible firms having valid NTN & GST/PST registration for the purchase of miscellaneous items for Sher Singh Baradari, Lahore.

Important notes and terms:

- Bids will be received through www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. Procurement will be carried out as per PPRA rules 2014 (amended). Type of procurement: single stage two envelope as per PPRA rules 38(2)(a). Bidding documents also available on Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

- The response time shall be calculated from the date of publication of advertisement on the authority website. Bidders must bid and supply all items of each LOT; bids will be calculated on the grand total of each LOT after arithmetic corrections. If a bidder does not bid against any item of a LOT, the bid will be considered non-responsive.

- Earnest money (CDR/Bank Guarantee) must be in favor of Director General Archaeology and from a Bank of the Punjab. A scanned copy of CDR must accompany the online bid and the original CDR must be submitted to the Directorate office before the bid opening time.

- All items will be supplied and installed (where applicable) on site at no extra charges. Required NOCs (if any) will be obtained by the bidder at their cost. Income Tax and GST deductions will be made according to the latest FBR notification.
