Municipal Committee Kameer invites sealed item-rate quotations under PPRA rules for Framework Contracts for FY 2026-27. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System; bidding documents and online submission are available at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
Eligibility & key requirements: Suppliers/contractors must possess NTN, STRN and Professional Tax Certificate. For civil works, contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. All procurements will follow the Punjab e-Procurement portal process and Single-Stage Single-Envelope procedure. Bid security must be submitted digitally (online) as specified in the bidding documents.
Submission & opening: Bids must be uploaded electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal from the date of publication until 2026-08-31 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-31 at 1:00 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Kameer in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
