Notice: Transfer of Plot No. 182, Block-B, Gulshan-e-Benazir Township (PQA Karachi) — Claims Invited

Issuer: Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme, Port Qasim Authority (PQA), Karachi.

Purpose: To inform the public that the late Ghulam Sarwar S/o Gul Muhammad Khokhar, Ex-Deputy Manager (Security) of Port Qasim Authority, who reportedly expired on 27.04.2018, owned Plot No. 182, Block-B, Category-B, measuring approximately 300 sq. yards in Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme (GBTS), Karachi. The plot is now being transferred in favour of the named legal heirs. Any person having a claim or objection must notify the Secretary, Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme, PQA Karachi, in writing within fifteen (15) days from issuance of this notice.

Action required: Submit any claim or objection in writing to the Secretary, Gulshan-e-Benazir Township Scheme, Port Qasim Authority, Karachi within fifteen (15) days of this notice. Claims or objections received after that period will not be entertained by GBTS, PQA.
