Trademark Notice: "TOOSO" / "TOSO" – Unauthorized Use Prohibited

Issuer: Babar Nehal on behalf of TOOSO Restaurant (through counsel SM Law Associates, Karachi, Pakistan).

Purpose: Public legal notice asserting exclusive trademark rights in the marks "TOOSO" and "TOSO" for use in connection with restaurant, food and allied goods and services. The marks are registered with the Trade Marks Registry, Pakistan, and continuous use has established valuable goodwill and reputation.

Notice: Any person, firm, company, restaurant, food business, distributor, retailer, manufacturer, supplier, advertiser, printer, or any other commercial entity is prohibited from using the marks "TOOSO" or "TOSO" (or any identical, deceptively or confusingly similar mark) on signboards, menus, food packaging, labels, advertisements, social media, websites, delivery platforms, promotional material, invoices, receipts, stationery, or any other commercial material without prior written authorization from the client. Unauthorized use may constitute trademark infringement, passing off, unfair competition and other actionable violations under applicable law.

Consequences: The notice warns that the trademark owner reserves the right to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceedings and to claim remedies including injunctions, damages, compensation, recovery of profits and costs against unauthorized users.
