Minimum 4 years of progressive IT management experience; experience with large-scale/university projects, ERP/PMIS, networks, cyber security and IT procurement preferred. |

Minimum 4 years' procurement experience; experience with PPRA rules/public sector financial systems; ERP procurement modules (SAP, Oracle) preferred. |
