Extraordinary General Meetings for Scheme of Arrangement — Noor Feed Mills & Noor Poultry Farms (04 Aug 2026)

Noor Feed Mills (Private) Limited and Noor Poultry Farms (Private) Limited will hold Extraordinary General Meetings to consider and, if thought fit, approve a Scheme of Arrangement under sections 279–283 of the Companies Act, 2017, pursuant to the Lahore High Court order dated 03 July 2026. The meetings are scheduled for 04 August 2026 at 180-D Valencia Town, Lahore: Noor Feed Mills at 03:00 pm and Noor Poultry Farms at 03:30 pm. Joint Chairpersons appointed by the Court are Mr. Aurangzeb Mirza (Advocate) and Barrister Scheherezade Shaharyar (Advocate).

Members may inspect the Scheme of Arrangement and related documents at the companies' registered office during business hours until the conclusion of the meetings. A member eligible to attend may appoint another member as proxy; proxies must be received at the registered office not later than 48 hours before the meeting. The members register will be closed from 29 July 2026 to 04 August 2026 (both days inclusive); transfers received by close of business on 28 July 2026 will be entertained.
