Public Auction of Agricultural Land (Survey No.532) — Banking Court No.11 Hyderabad — 16 Sep 2026

The Agricultural Development Bank Limited, Mirpur has announced a public auction of mortgaged agricultural land (Survey No. 532) under Execution Application No. 224/2024, Case No. 314/2022 issued by Banking Court No. 11, Hyderabad. The auction will be held on 16 September 2026 at 1:00 PM at the court premises; the sale is offered “as is where is” on a forced-sale basis with an opening bid equal to the forced sale value of PKR 400,000.

Successful bidders must immediately deposit 25% of the purchase price by bank draft/pay order (no cheques); the balance must be paid within 15 days after court confirmation of the sale.
