How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents are available from the Principal's office on written request by submitting attested copies of enlistment, authority letter, CNIC of managing director/partner, registered power of attorney and tender fee.

Fees, deposits & security: Tender fee/non‑refundable Rs. 5,000 (pay order / bank draft). The firm must deposit 2% of total cost as call deposit receipt. 10% of the total amount will be retained as security money for a period of 6 months.

Required documents with tender:

• Name and type of firm, permanent address, telephone/fax and active NTN number
• Proof of registration with Income Tax Department
• List of major clients
• Bank statement for the last three years
• Attested copies of enlistment and authorization documents

Submission & opening: Tender forms will be issued from 2026‑08‑11. Completed tenders will be received up to 2026‑08‑24 at 11:00 a.m. and will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the Principal's office in presence of bidders/authorized persons.

Other conditions: Total prices must include all government taxes. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Site visits permitted between 08:00 a.m. and 02:00 p.m.
