Issuer: Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Canal Bank Road, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. Sealed bids are invited through e-procurement (EPADS) from interested civil/mechanical contractors for construction works for the Biotech/CEMB laboratory. Bidders may bid for individual lots (1–7), multiple lots, or all lots as a single package.

Submission details: All bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in the form of a CDR drawn in favor of the Director, CEMB. Bids (technical proposals in sealed envelopes) must be delivered to the Purchase Section, CEMB. Technical bids will be opened at the specified time on the closing date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal (EPADS).
Tender documents and e-procurement details are available at: www.cemb.edu.pk. The Director CEMB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. If a public holiday falls on the tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
