How to apply / Documents required: Submit application on plain paper clearly indicating the post applied for and attach duly attested copies of: Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), Domicile Certificate / Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC Form-D), educational certificates, experience certificates, valid LTV/HTV driving licence (for Driver), No Objection Certificate (NOC) if currently serving in Government/Semi‑Government, disability certificate for differently‑abled quota if applicable, and two recent passport-size photographs. Submit separate application for each post.
