Tender No. 01/26-27 — Labour Contract for Distempering/Painting at Swat Institute (SINOR)

The Procurement Officer, Swat Institute of Nuclear Medicine, Oncology & Radiotherapy (SINOR), Saidu Sharif, Swat invites sealed quotations from registered firms/suppliers/manufacturers/authorized dealers/distributors (with valid NTN/STRN and registration with Income Tax Department) for the following FOR-SINOR work on a Public Sector Hospital basis under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure.

How to obtain tender documents: Complete/detailed specifications and tender documents are available from the office of the Procurement Officer, P.O. Box #50, Saidu Sharif, Swat. Documents can be obtained on payment of the non-refundable tender fee (bank draft in the name of SINOR Revenue Generated Account or cash deposit to SINOR) during office hours: 08:00–14:00 (Monday to Saturday) except Friday when timings are 08:00–12:00.

Submission & opening: Tenders must reach the Procurement Office before the stated opening date & time. Tenders will be opened on the stated opening date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. In case of an un-planned/unforeseen public holiday the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time.

Conditions: Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules.
